The combination of all of Krista’s talents, experience and intuition is able to open people to their possibilities in order to create a strong mind, body and soul connection. Krista is a Usui/Tibetian Reiki Master Teacher, Access Bars Practitioner, Crystal Healer, Personal Trainer, Navy wife, Mom and passionate about people, animals and the planet. She has spent her life teaching people how to listen to their body, reach balance within their minds and communicate with their souls.
