For over 25 years in the hair industry, I started having a interest in cutting hair by looking at my Dad cutting my brothers hair over the years. I start cutting my hair and friends in my neighborhood at the age of 15. My senior year Northern High School class 1986 in Durham N.C.,I decided to enroll into Sherrill’s Unversity of Cosmetology in Raleigh N.C., finished one of my class in 1987. Starting in my career, I decide to take the opportunity to go to Dudley University in Kernville N.C. in 1998. For Advance training in Haircutting, Styling,Photo Shoot, Make up, Hair Repair .In 2000, I went to Dudley University for Salon Managment. The year of 2000 – 2004, I manage Crown and Glory Hair Salonn in Norfolk Virginia.

In the year of 2005 I started working for self as a independent contractor as Crown and Gloryll .The year 2007, I started training with Influance Hair Care Co.  Assisting with local hair shows. In 2016, I wanted to give my business a new look and renamed my business to (Transformational Hair Care). My mission is to change damaged brittle hair to healthy, shining bouncy hair.
